All rentals subject to 10% sales tax & cleaning
fee. Rates may change without notice. Deposit
required in advance. Must be received within
10 days after your reservation has been made
or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Deposit is returned within 14 business days
of departure upon inspection. Reservations must
be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival
date for refund, and a $25.00 fee for all cancellations is collected all the time.
Registrants must be at least 25 years of age.
Our Management reserves the right to refuse
service to anyone and to terminate the tenancy
of anyone.
Management will strive to comply with reservation
request for specific condominium units, however,
due to changes of ownership, units removed from
the rental program, mechanical problems, etc.,
we cannot absolutely guarantee a specific unit,
floor or bedding.
